How long do samples take, and what do they cost?
It depends on how much the sample changes from the reference platform. A sample that only changes color and logo is much quicker than one with new hardware or a new enclosure. We confirm the sample lead time and any sample or tooling cost in writing once we have reviewed your requirements. Request samples.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is set per project and depends on the platform and the level of customization. We quote it together with pricing after reviewing your requirements.
Can we sign an NDA before sharing our product plans?
Yes. NDA is the second step of every project, before requirements are discussed in detail. We can work from your NDA template or provide one. We never show customer designs or name customers without written permission.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed in the contract for each project and are confirmed together with the quotation.
Who do we contract with, and who handles warranty and after-sales?
Gigawit is your only counterparty. The contract, quotation, invoicing, shipping, warranty and after-sales all go through gigawit, and you receive finished products. Our partner factories handle assembly under our supervision, but you never need to deal with them directly. See how production works.
How long from order to shipment in mass production?
Production lead time depends on order quantity, the components involved and the factory schedule at the time. We confirm it with the quotation and again when the order is placed, after samples and certification are complete.
