Product certification (FCC, CE, BQB and more) is handled by gigawit. Management-system certificates state whether gigawit or the partner factory holds them.
ODM questions
Does deeper customization change the MOQ?
Usually, yes. Basic customization (color, logo, tuning, app and packaging) builds on an existing platform and keeps the MOQ low. Deep customization such as new industrial design, a new acoustic structure or added features like ANC or Auracast involves new tooling and engineering work, so the MOQ is set to match. We confirm it for your scope after reviewing requirements. See customization options.
What production capacity is available?
Mass production runs at our partner factories, with gigawit responsible for NPI, quality standards and outgoing inspection. Capacity is planned per project, so we can scale from a first run to repeat orders. Tell us your forecast and we will plan the schedule around it.
What quality standards do you apply?
Gigawit sets the quality standard and checks it at every stage: incoming materials, in-process testing and outgoing inspection, plus reliability testing. On the line, our own Riteblue test system and test firmware test every unit against the same criteria used in R&D. Acceptance criteria can be agreed with you before production.
Who handles product certification such as FCC, CE and BQB, and how long does it take?
Gigawit handles product certification for you, including FCC, CE and Bluetooth qualification (BQB), and plans it into the schedule between sampling and mass production. Timing and cost depend on the target markets and how much the product changes from a certified platform; we include both in the project plan.

Yes. Factory audits are arranged by gigawit, and a gigawit team member accompanies you throughout. Request an audit.
